| Competitive Pick-Up Volleyball Games

Description:
This summer throughout the months of May, June, July, August, and September we will be hosting a weekly "competitive" co-ed pick-up volleyball night at the Warren Recreation Facility located at the intersection of Welsh and Church Roads. The games will be held on Thursday nights from 6:00-8:00pm. Volleyballs and water will be provided. *Please see our facebook page for the latest schedule.

Summer Basketball League
From late June through mid-August we will be hosting a competitive men's (17+) 5 vs. 5 basketball league on Sunday afternoons at the Warren Rec. Center Court (1775 Welsh Road Mohnton 19540). The season will run 6 games with the top four teams making the single elimination playoffs. The cost will be $400.00/team (12 players) and we may be able to place individuals on a team if you cannot fill a roster. The cost for individuals is $40.00 per player. The cost will cover 2 referees for each game, t-shirts for every player, administrative costs, and prizes for our top team. We must have a minimum of 4 teams in order to run the league.
Schedule:
Sundays at 3, 4, 5 & 6pm starting June 26, 2016.
Rain Dates:
We have 2 rain dates built into the end of the schedule, so if we need to push a game or two to the end we can. However, if we have an excessively wet summer, teams will be reimburse porpotionally for unplayed games.
Details:
Games will be 40 minutes (two 20 minute running halves). Each team will receive two 30 second time outs per half. The clock will only stop during time outs and during dead ball situation throughout the last 2 minutes of the game, if the score is within a 10 point margin. Fouls will be tracked with the bonus and double bonus at 7 and 10 fouls. Technical fouls will result in 2 points for the opposition and the ball. Ejection from a game will result in ejection from the league.
